Forzrat was a female Androsian who served as Federation Secretary of Technology in the cabinet of President Nanietta Bacco in the 24th century.
During the first months of the Bacco presidency, Forzrat travelled twice to Rigel to address the need for local couriers to upgrade their warp vessels to comply with current regulations. She was unsuccessful each time, necessitating President Bacco's intercession. (ST novel: Articles of the Federation)
Forzrat played a key role in securing supplies of topaline, needed for atmospheric domes to house the refugees of the Borg Invasion of 2381, from planet Capella IV. (ST novel: A Singular Destiny)
