The Four Winds are the gods of the Nausicaan religion. They are said to live in the Heart of the Sky.

History and specifics[]

Savonigar believed in the Four Winds and when he was fatally injured by Iliana Ghemor, she agreed to release him to them. (DS9 novel: Warpath)

The Four Winds was a tribute by David Mack to the Greek myth of NausicaaWP and to the 1984 anime NausicaƤ of the Valley of the WindWP by Hayao MiyazakiWP[1].

In February of the year 2389 the Nausicaans who relocated to Kremlat broke ground on a new temple to the Four Winds in the capital city of Hayao. (TNG novel: Collateral Damage)
