Fra Mauro is a region on Luna.
History and specifics[]
Fra Mauro is located in the southern hemisphere at coordinates 3°40'24" S latitude and 17°27'55" W longitude. It was the planned landing site for Apollo 13, commanded by James Lovell; after that mission failed to land on the lunar surface, it became the landing sight for Apollo 14, under the command of Alan Shepard.
DTI agent Gariff Lucsly mistakenly believed Lovell did land at Fra Mauro. This mistake cost him a bet with his partner, Dulmer. (VOY short story: "Almost... But Not Quite")
