Franklin Hurrn was a 23rd century Human man who lived on Sheridan's World.
Biography[]
Hurrn was born in the mid 2240s as a Federation citizen and gained professional-level training in agricultural technology. He was also semiskilled in distillation. (FASA RPG module: Conflict of Interests)
In the year 2268, on reference stardate 2/09, he was one of 200 who settled in the city of Continuity on the Human/Klingon colony of Sheridan's World. (FASA RPG modules: Conflict of Interests, Star Trek IV Sourcebook Update)
In the colony, he served as a farmer and general laborer. Among Human colonists, he was the fourth luckiest and among those with the most endurance.
In 2283, when he was 37 years old, each citizen's vote was taken to decide the colony's future. Hurrn supported an alliance with the Federation, although if forced to choose another option he somewhat preferred allying with the Klingon Empire than for the planet to become independent.
