Franz Joseph was a 20th century Human man who became the recipient of a large cache of computer information that was transmitted to Mastercom Data Center in the year 1969.

Biography[]

After the United States Military Forces officially concluded that the futuristic communications and designs received by Mastercom were a hoax inserted into the computer as some kind of prank, Franz Joseph was allowed to publish the information as a collection of curiousities.
