Frederick de Winter was a 23rd century Human man who lived on Sheridan's World.
Biography[]
De Winter was born in the mid-2250s as a Federation citizen and gained qualified-level training in agricultural technology. He also took introductory lessons in teaching. (FASA RPG module: Conflict of Interests)
In the year 2268, on reference stardate 2/09, he was one of 200 who settled in the city of Continuity on the Human/Klingon colony of Sheridan's World. (FASA RPG modules: Conflict of Interests, Star Trek IV Sourcebook Update)
De Winter married Athora Gomorrac and had a son in the mid-2270s decade, David de Winter. In the colony, he served as a farmer.
In 2283, when he was 28 years old, each citizen's vote was taken to decide the colony's future. De Winter supported the continued neutrality of Sheridan's World, but if forced to choose an alliance he was more likely to desire the colony go under Federation control rather than join the Klingon Empire.
