The Free Vulcan Gazette was a disreputable yet surprisingly long-lasting news journal from the Federation Member State of United Earth. Founded shortly after first contact between Humans and Vulcans by a group of Humans who felt that Vulcans were superior to their people, the Free Vulcan Gazette advocated Vulcan dominance of Earth and, later, the Federation government.
The Free Vulcan Gazette was officially repudiated by the Vulcan governments and was regarded as the laughingstock of most of the Federation; nonetheless, the Gazette continued publication and survived into the late 24th century.
In 2379, it even had a correspondent at the Palais de la Concorde, a Human female named Annalisa Armitage. (TNG novel: A Time for War, A Time for Peace)
