Gabriel Marshall was a male Human who served in the Federation Diplomatic Corps in the mid 2370s.
Following the rediscovery of the USS Defiant in Tholian space in 2376, Marshall and Commander Grelin met with Admiral William Ross and Captain Montgomery Scott, requesting a retrieval team which could recover the vessel quickly and cause limited damage to the Federation's tenuous relationship with the Tholian Assembly.
