Sir Galahad was a Knighted Human character that appeared in Earth's mythological history.

He was one of the Knights of the Round Table in the service of King Arthur of Britain. (TOS comic: "Spore of the Devil")

Mention of Galahad is often used as a reference for a heroic character. (TOS novel: The Rift)
