Galaxy Week was a 23rd century weekly news magazine, a periodical publication published in the form of a holozine.
History[]
On reference stardate 2/1505, investigative reporter Ozcar Kyng joined the staff of Galaxy Week, where he was assigned to continue researching an exposé of corruption within the UFP/ITA trade association, work he started at UFP/ITA-owned Interstellar Merchant magazine.
On 2/1505.23, Kyng was murdered while on assignment. Jackson McLain, his former editor at Interstellar Merchant, promptly joined the staff of Galaxy Week to continue Kyng's work.
On 2/1511, the editors of Galaxy Week asked McLain to forward his evidence to Federation authorities.
On 2/1609, articles published in Galaxy Week led to the conviction of UFP/ITA Chairman Boris Falsworth for fraud and conspiracy to commit murder. McLain was later awarded the Pulitzer Prize. (FASA RPG module: Spacelanes: The Magazine of Interstellar Trade)
