George H. W. Bush (12 June 1924 - 30 November 2018) was a male Human political leader who lived on Earth during the 20th and 21st centuries. He served as the 41st President of the United States of America from 20 January 1989 to 20 January 1993.
On 17 September 1992, the Augment attack on Washington, DC and Moscow occurred during his time as president. Later the same year, he lost his bid for re-election to the US presidency to his opponent Bill Clinton. - The Khan comic does not specify nor show the president and implies that president in office was killed during the attack.

In 2154, an image of Bush meeting the Soviet Union leader Mikhail Gorbachev was among several historical images seen by Daniels and Captain Jonathan Archer in the timestream as the timeline reset itself. (ENT episode: "Storm Front")
