Biography[]
Reed was warm-hearted and congenial. In the late 2260s, however, he was frustrated by not yet having attained a starship command.
In the year 2269, Kerr served as the commanding officer of Starbase 6. He often shared a drink with visiting flag officers at the Crystal Bar. (Last Unicorn RPG module: TOS Core Game Book)
