Biography[]

Early life[]

Kirk's father died in 2233 at the hands of the Romulan miner Nero, on the same day that his brother James was born. Eventually Winona remarried to a man named Frank. Both George and his younger brother found living with Frank to be intolerable, and George eventually ran away from home - with his younger brother Jim following him in their father's antique Corvette that Frank was going to sell while Winona was off world. (TOS novel: Star Trek)

In 2255, James Kirk dreamed of George while under the influence of a neural agent with which he had been infected by T'Laya, the agent of the Gemini Project, an initiative of the Jolan Movement on Romulus. (TOS - Starfleet Academy novel: The Gemini Agent)

Operation: Annihilate[]

George relocated to Deneva where he married Aurelan. Together they had a son named Peter. When the neural parasites came to Deneva, George waited for rescue in the undergrounds. There he met up with his brother, who was now captain of the USS Enterprise. George and Jim then discussed George's family, who were still in danger. George was ordered by his brother to stay and wait for rescue, but George then knocked out one of the security officers and took his phaser. He then beamed down to the surface where he found his family. (TOS comic: "Operation: Annihilate")
