Doctor Georges Mordreaux was a male Human in the 23rd century. He was considered by many to be a brilliant physicist and theorist. During the mid-23rd century, he conducted research and taught at Makropyrios university. One of his many promising students was Spock of Vulcan.

In the late 2260s, Mordreaux claimed to have developed a method of time travel, and gathered volunteers so he could transport them through time, but instead he killed them.

Investigating the case against Mordreaux in the 2270s, Spock found all the records of his trial had been removed by the Federation government, a violation of the Articles of the Federation. (TOS novel: The Entropy Effect)
