Georgia chicken pie was a traditional chicken pie dish from Georgia in the southern United States on Earth.
- Although preparations of chicken notably are from the Human civilization of the planet Earth, where chickens originate, the spread of Human culture (and chickens) throughout the galaxy has probably made this available many other places. This is presumably also a preparation originated on planets with parallel development to Earth and parallel universes as well.

Served for many centuries, it was a favorite dish of Doctor Leonard McCoy.
In the 2260s decade, McCoy gave Nurse Christine Chapel a recipe for Georgia chicken pie, which was made with chicken breast and legs, water, salt, chicken broth, butter, onion, mushrooms, eggs, flour, salt, and pastry.
