Gerard was a male humanoid of unspecified species, with a square-shaped head, gray skin, violet eyes, and ivory hair. As of 2376, he served as Senior High Security Agent to entrepreneur Rod Portlyn. In this role, Gerard was responsible for infiltrating the Taru Bolivar's secret headquarters on Phantas 61, and for launching a potentially devastating attack on that planet, and on the USS da Vinci which was then in planetary orbit.
