Gespar is a delicacy native to the planet Vulcan. Gespar is usually served in rolls and is a staple of morning meals.

During Captain Spock's meeting with Lanitow Irizal at the Bureau of Interplanetary Affairs in 2293, Irizal's staff had provided a multitude of Vulcan delicacies, including soltar, gespar, and Vulcan spice tea. (TOS novel: Crucible: The Fire and the Rose).
