The Giddis system was a binary star system, located in the galaxy's Delta Quadrant. The system had two stars locked in orbit, both type B blue stars. The fifth planet Giddis V was a class M world. Although the system had a similar or the same composition as the Donyx and Sardalian systems, the Giddis stars were smaller and further apart. (VOY novel: Bless the Beasts)
