For other uses, see Gnex.

This unnamed starship was a 25th century Talaxian freighter, a Type VII commercial laboratory in commercial service in the 2410s decade. Its commading officer was Captain Gnex. (STO - Enemies in All the Usual Places mission: "Sakari System Patrol")

Service history and disposition[]

In the year 2410, Gnex's freighter carried chromodynamic power modules when the ship suffered a breakdown in the Sakari system inside the Nekrit Expanse. Gnex sent a distress call, which was picked up by a Khitomer Alliance starship operating out of the Jenolan Dyson Sphere. The Alliance vessel had to adjust its sensors to narrow down the Talaxian freighter's location within the system. Gnex asked for the rescue of his crew and cargo, which the Alliance accepted. When Automated Personnel Units of the Cravic and Pralor civilizations arrived to demand the power modules, Gnex advised the Alliance captain.

Gnex's freighter exploded even before the APUs engaged in hostilities. Its crew was saved following the end of the firefight, and the Alliance ship departed the Sakari system. (STO - Enemies in All the Usual Places mission: "Sakari System Patrol")
