In the mirror universe, Thot Gor was a Breen male who acted as as the speaker of the Breen Confederacy during the late 24th century.
In 2377, Thot Gor and his Tholian counterpart Azrene, the delegate of the Ruling Conclave of the Tholian Assembly, responded to a request from Prefect Zogozin, the proxy of the Imperator of the Gorn Hegemony, to meet with him in the Taurus Reach to discuss the impending dissolution of the Klingon-Cardassian Alliance and the rise of the Terran Rebellion. Provided with the executive power of his government, Gor accepted Zogozin's invitation to form an interstellar alliance between their two peoples and the Tholians which would fill the resulting power vacuum.
