The Gorn priest is one of the numerous known Gorn varieties or genetically engineered subspecies in the Gorn Armada.They are keepers of the lineage and achievements of the royalty and their nation and are grey-scaled and a bit more humanoid in appearance than other sub-species.
- This subspecies is only encountered among the extragalactic Gorn and probably does only exist within the Kelvin timeline.A kind of Gorn priest or official also appears in the Star Trek: Lower Decks Episode Veritas, but this version seems to be a robed Ssessekh and has no obvious similarity to the Gorn Armada sub-class.
