Goza was a Klingon who served as communications officer aboard the IKS veScharg'a in 2379. The veScharg'a was preparing to begin the attack on Tezwa when the USS Enterprise-E used the Klingon Fleet Command codes to gain control of the entire Klingon fleet completely shutting down power on the ships. Goza informed Fleet Captain Krogan that the emergency coms were functioning, but that other than this, the entire fleet was dead in space. (TNG - A Time to... novel: A Time to Kill)
