In the year 2259, Commander Una Chin-Riley commanded the USS Archer during a mission to Kiley 279. The entire crew of three was captured by the natives. (SNW episode: "Strange New Worlds")
Alternate timeline[]
In an alternate timeline where Terra Prime kept United Earth from joining the Coalition of Planets in 2155, the Gral class was a 23rd century Interstellar Coalition starship type in Interstellar Coalition Space Command service in the 2260s decade. During the Babel Conference in the year 2264, two Gral-class starships threatened to fire on the UESS Enterprise in Babel's orbit thanks to a plot by the Romulan Star Empire to disrupt the talks.
