Green was a female Human Federation citizen, a Starfleet officer who served on the Constitution-class starship USS Valiant in the 2260s decade. (PROM novel: Fire with Fire)
History
On stardate 1966.9, newly appointed Captain Jeremy Haden reviewed a message from Captain James T. Kirk, a friend from Academy days. Kirk recommended Haden picks a yeoman who is blond and cute. Haden was pleased with himself that Ensign Green fit that description.
Soon after, she died alongside the rest of the crew when the alien entity of star system LC-13 caused the Valiant to crash onto a planet. (PROM novel: Fire with Fire)
