Gregory Yuan was a 23rd century Human man, a flag officer in Starfleet.
Biography[]
Yuan served as chief operations officer of Starfleet's Planetary Services Division, which operated out of Starbase 4.
In the year 2270, Yuan assigned the starship USS Enterprise to evacuate the doomed planet Aleriad with the aid of an emergency task force of more than 50 starships led by Special Ambassador Robert Fox. They were to deliver surviving refugees to Starbase 4, where they would be housed temporarily and then resettled. (FASA RPG module: Denial of Destiny)
