Grev was a 24th century Tellarite man who served in Starfleet at a point in time prior to the mid-2350s decade.
Biography[]
He retired after reaching the rank of captain, and his career included time on the Cardassian and Tholian fronts. In 2355, retired Captain Grev was called as an expert witness on starship procedures in the court martial of Jean-Luc Picard, but his expertise was undermined by his extensive experience in hostile space, rather than exploration.
