Lieutenant, junior grade Gwen Jones was a Human Starfleet officer during the 24th century.

In 2328, Jones was working in the Office of Cultural Analysis studying Bajor when she was assigned to assist Alynna Nechayev infiltrate Bajor. They were able to successfully land on the planet and Jones was able to successfully negotiate the mannerisms of the people, but was very inexperienced and nearly blew the spy's cover multiple times. Soon, the two got into a gunfight with the Cardassians and Gwen was knocked out. The two operatives were able to escape in the end and returned to the USS Gettysburg.
