Gyronian wamules were an animal species in the Delta Quadrant. Hormoos were an edible parasite that lived on their backs. Wamules can be startled by a sneeze, so one must use crushed snazzle seeds blown through a dekko reed to calm them. (ST reference: Star Trek Cookbook)
