The Ha'apax-class advanced warbird was a class of starship used by the Romulan Republic in the early 25th century. (ST video game: Star Trek Online)

History[]

The Ha'apax-class was introduced in the 2400s and represented the latest developments in Romulan technology. (ST video game: Star Trek Online)

By 2409 it was in heavy use by the fledgling Republic as a line battleship alongside the earlier D'deridex-class and fought in multiple major battles of that year. One such vessel, RRW Deihu, acted as the flagship of the Romulan Flotilla, to which the survivors of the January Tal Shiar/Elachi attack on Virinat were taken. (STO mission: "Explore the Flotilla")

Later that year the Deihu and allied forces assisted the Virinat Survivor in defeating a Tal Shiar force in the Azha system. (STO mission: "Tradecraft")

Another Ha'apax-class fought in the defense of New Romulus against an Elachi fleet. (STO mission: "Devil's Choice")

Several Ha'apax-class warbirds were captured by the Tholian Assembly and taken to bases in the Azure Nebula, but were successfully retrieved by allied forces. (STO mission: "Azure Nebula Rescue")

The Ha'apax-class RRW Ar'hael was assigned to a tripartite task group led by Rear Admiral Tuvok into fluidic space to investigate a spike in Undine incursions. (STO mission: "Fluid Dynamics")

More Ha'apax-class warbirds were assigned to patrol various areas of the Solanae Dyson sphere under the auspices of Dyson Joint Command. Some of these ships joined a large armada gathered to prevent Voth forces from entering an Iconian gateway to the Jenolan Dyson Sphere. (STO mission: "A Step Between Stars")

Two more arrived to help the RRW Lleiset fend off a sudden attack by Undine forces against a weapons testing range where the RRF flagship was field-testing new anti-Undine weaponry. (STO mission: "Republic Day")

This class was also in use by an unknown Romulan faction in the mirror universe. In 2409 the Romulan Republic captured a number of these vessels and incorporated them into the Romulan Republican Force. (ST video game: Star Trek Online)

Technical data[]

The Ha'apax-class was larger than the earlier D'deridex-class warbird and featured a standard Romulan cloaking device. (ST video game: Star Trek Online)
