Hagon was a Ligonian male in the 24th century.
He served as the Secondary to Lutan. In the year 2364, on one of the USS Enterprise's holodecks, Federation Starfleet Lieutenant Natasha Yar bested Hagon in physical combat. Hagon was unfamiliar with women holding positions of power. The same year, after Yareena overthrew Lutan, she took her place as Hagon's First One.
