Hailan Casmir was a 24th century Argelian man, a teacher, musician, and puppeteer who served as the principal adult supervisor of the nursery on the Federation starship USS Enterprise-E in the 2370s and 2380s decades.

Biography[]

In the year 2384, he appeared to be in his early thirties by Human standards. He had blond hair that he wore in a loose mane that framed lean, angular facial features, which were accentuated by a close-cropped honey-hued beard.

Casmir was married to Lieutenant Taro Trinell, a Bajoran engineer serving on Enterprise, with whom he fathered a daughter, Taro Katín, who was a few months younger than Rene Jacques Robert Francois Picard.
