Hain was a Breen scientist employed as a cyberneticist in the 2380s.

In 2384, Hain was under the command of Thot Konar, in command of a small research outpost with a mission to use the androids recovered on Mangala. The androids were eventually used to act as doppelgangers, in what Hain believed would be used to assassinate President Nanietta Bacco. Throughout the mission, Hain provided support for the operatives in control of the androids. She would pass along orders from Konar and monitor the status of the operatives.Unfortunately, Hain was murdered by Konar, acting under orders given to him by Thot Tran.
