Haiti and nearby regions in 1992.

Haiti is a small nation between the Caribbean Sea and Atlantic Ocean, occupying the western third of Hispaniola and several other small islands near Cuba on Earth.

History and specifics[]

In the 1960s and 1970s, Augment scientists operated a secret laboratory in Haiti. (TNG movie: Debtor's Planet)

In April 1994, Khan Noonien Singh was aware of military death squads operating in Haiti, portending of the general threat of war he felt everywhere on the planet. (TOS - The Eugenics Wars novel: The Rise and Fall of Khan Noonien Singh, Volume 2)

In the 23rd century, Haiti natives made up a large portion of Bahamas residents. (TOS novel: Battlestations!)

Haiti may have been a member nation of the Caribbean Alliance.

Kelvin timeline[]

In September 1992, Augment Dictator Alexander Newton annexed Haiti into the North American Coalition. By 1996, Augment infighting led to Haiti becoming part of Newton's New American Empire. By the end of 1996, the Augment dictatorships were overthrown. (TOS - Khan comics: "Issue 2", "Issue 3")
