Handley was a 23rd century Human man, a Starfleet crewman who served in security aboard the Federation starship USS Enterprise in the 2260s decade.
Biography[]
Towards the end of the Enterprise five-year mission under the command of Captain James T. Kirk, Handley had been on a mission in which he had to wear an environmental suit for a week.
One month later, Handley beamed down with Korenman, James T. Kirk, Spock and Leonard McCoy to visit the Earth of a parallel universe. Their mission was to discover how Klingon Commander Kor was interfering in the local government. The landing party searched a building where Kor and General Marius were first discovered, while Korenman and Handley guarded the entrance. Handley was shot in the shoulder by a rifle when five apes stormed past them into the building. After the altercation, he beamed back up to the ship with Weaver and Leonard McCoy.
