A harmonica was a hand-held musical instrument from Earth.

Trip Tucker was known to play a harmonica on occasion in order to relax. Tucker also traded it for a horse at town of North Star on a former Skagaran colony.(ENT episodes: "Precious Cargo", "North Star")

In 2157, Tucker told Terix that the eolh iarr'voi was the closest he had come to finding a harmonica in a long time. (ENT - The Romulan War novel: To Brave the Storm)
