Yeoman Harris was a crewmember serving aboard the USS Enterprise in the 2260s.

In 2266, Harris was serving bridge duty during the Enterprise's mission to Psi 2000. When Lieutenant Kevin Riley left his post after he became infected by polywater intoxication, Harris was the only one to notice he had done so. (TOS novelization: The Naked Time)
