Hars Kaydn was a male who served as an officer in the Federation Starfleet in the 24th century.
Biography[]
By 2381, Kaydn held the rank of lieutenant and served as gamma shift duty officer on Starbase 185.
In that year, his shift was on duty in the operations center, when a Caeliar vessel almost collided with the station. After the pilot beamed aboard, Kaydn had the critically injured man transported to sickbay, and contacted Captain Jax Dreshing to meet him there. Kaydn also tasked Ensigns Lawrence Verdell and Stacker to recover the station's sensor data on the ship erased by a virus it transmitted over before its destruction. (VOY novel: Protectors)
