Harvesting station 42 was one of five Romulan Empire Star Navy harvesting stations that were established in the unaligned Encaria star system in the year 2159. Placed in orbit of a planet in the system, this orbital facility was used to harvest biogenic material from the surface, delivers by biogenic transports, for the Romulan toxin. Ultimately, all five harvesting stations were destroyed by a task force of Earth Starfleet vessels led by the NX-class Enterprise NX-01. (ST video game: Legacy)
