The Haslev Incident was a period of tension between Andor and the Orions caused by the defection of Andorian scientist Muav Haslev to the Orions. The incident was eventually resolved when Haslev re-defected from the Orions to the Andorians as a result of poor work conditions under the Orions. (TOS novel: Death Count)
