Admiral Hastur was a Rigellian 24th century Starfleet flag officer.
Biography[]
In 2372, Hastur commanded a task force of six starships, led by the USS Venture, which was dispatched to help defend Deep Space 9 from Klingons during an attack on the station. The task force also included two Excelsior-class ships and a Miranda-class ship. (DS9 episode: "The Way of the Warrior")
- Presumably, Hastur commanded the Venture, as the leading vessel in the task force.
First splinter timeline[]
In 2381, Hastur was assigned to Starfleet Command on Earth. During the Borg Invasion that year, Hastur was involved in a high level meeting at the combat operations center on the top level of the Starfleet Command Headquarters which also included Edward Jellico, Mamoru Nakamura, Jas Abrik and Seven of Nine as they discussed their combat options; Hastur was convinced once the allied fleet was assembled, they would be able to hold off the Borg Collective, but Seven of Nine disagreed, a comment that made him declare that they weren't trying to invade Unimatrix 01.
