Havok was a male Vorta stationed on planet Bleak Prime during the Dominion War.
Havok was one of the Vorta whose devotion to the Dominion was weakened by exposure to carnacite, and he conspired to use stolen carnacite to spark a rebellion among the Jem'Hadar. Havok was killed for his disloyalty by the female Changeling. (DS9 - Strange New Worlds II short story: "Change of Heart")
