Helen Blake was a female Human who served aboard the USS Defiant in the 2370s.
In 2372, she served as weapons officer on the bridge when Benjamin Sisko took the Defiant into the Cardassian Union to save the members of the Detapa Council from the Klingon invasion. She also operated and monitored the Romulan cloaking device. Blake was injured when several Birds-of-Prey attacked the Defiant when it came to the aid of the Prakesh. Commander Worf assumed control of her station. (DS9 episode: "The Way of the Warrior")
