Hemmer was a 23rd century Aenar man, a Federation citizen who served as engineer in Starfleet in the 2250s decade. (SNW episode: "Strange New Worlds")

He served under the command Captain Christopher Pike as chief engineer aboard the USS Enterprise. (SNW episode: "Children of the Comet")

Biography[]

As with the majority of Aenar, Hemmer was without eyesight, although his innate telepathy and other senses compensated for his blindness.
