The Henry Archer Hall was a room located in the Cochrane Institute in New Samarkand at Alpha Centauri III which was built by the mid 22nd century. At the time, it consisted of a main superluminal propulsion research laboratory complex and was named after Henry Archer. In 2155, during the war against the Romulan Star Empire, Tobin Dax along with Skon were both stationed in this hall in order to conduct valuable research for the Coalition of Planets to combat the threat of the Romulans.
