See Janeway for other articles with titles that contain, either by relationship or by coincidence, this character's surname.

Henry Janeway was a human who lived during the 20th and 21st centuries on Earth. He was a distant ancestor of Starfleet Admiral Edward Janeway and his daughters Kathryn and Phoebe.

Biography[]

In the year 2000, Janeway owned a bookstore and was opposed to the building of the Millennium Gate in the town of Portage Creek, Indiana as it meant he would have to close his bookstore to make room for the building of the gate.

On 27 December 2000, Janeway met Shannon O'Donnel, who convinced him to close the bookstore. The pair fell in love and later married, and had several children.

In 2375, the crew of the USS Voyager found a family photo of the Janeways from the 2050s and gave it to Captain Janeway as a gift. (VOY episode: "11:59")
