This was the event where all emotion was purged and severed from the mind of the disciple, and involved a mind meld with the High Master. Prior to this event, students were encouraged to sever all bonds with family and friends before they met with the High Master, dissolved the bonds and attachments in the mind of the student. However, her heretical beliefs led to her being stripped of the position and becoming the least honored of the High Masters as she was considered an embarrassment to the Kolinahru. - The mention of the Hall of Ancient Thought conflicts with sources such as Vulcan's Soul which state that it resided at Mount Seleya, however, a similar hall like the one at Seleya may reside beneath the Monastery.
