The Historian of the Council of Ardana was a title given to a member of the staff of the Elected High Advisor to the Council of Ardana, whose role was to advise on historical matters. As of 2377, a male Ardanan named Vanov served as Historian for High Adviser Larin Nelois. He considered it a minor position, saying only the Elected High Advisor's title had any real meaning.
