Ambassador Hnada Dels, a Bajoran woman, was the representative of the Bajoran Provisional Government in 2370. She and Commander Benjamin Sisko greeted the Kovassii delegation when they arrived at Deep Space 9 to negotiate for access to the Bajoran wormhole. (DS9 novel: Betrayal)
