Holencas the Just was an Orion man who was head of the House of Thylaster and king of the Orion Colony of B'Morgia in the late 23rd century.
Under his reign, B'Morgia was one of the most stable, wealthy and cultured of the Orion Colonies. However, he tolerated a number of small political dissident groups, such as the Orion Freedom League.
As a member of the Thylaster family, he could trace his lineage back to Emperor Arnet the Thoughtful. (FASA RPG module: The Orions: Book of Common Knowledge)
