Background[]

  • Redjac repeated his quote from the first issue, from an anonymous series of notes written in 1888 to goad British police during the hunt for Jack the Ripper in London, England, stating, "I'm not a butcher, I'm not a kid, Nor yet a foreign skipper, But I'm your own light-hearted friend, Yours truly, Jack the Ripper". This time he chanted it like a mantra.
